Tulare Still has Money!

Yes, that is right.  The City of Tulare has money for first time homebuyers. Veronica and I just went to the class with our favorite lender Melissa Lozano. There was a ton of information and it looks like we will be able to close a few more homes using this great program. There are some income restrictions and other qualifying you have to do prior to making an offer.
